Wunderbar Wittenburg and Bad (to the bone) Schmiedeberg
Today we stopped for lunch in the historic town of Wittenberg, where Martin Luther tacked his 95 Theses on the church door. Two substantial churches book-end a market place teaming with shops and restaurants.
Then we gave a majestic finish to our concert series with a performance in the Kurhaus ("cure house") of spa-town Bad Schmiedeberg.
